Our approach
1. Project plan
In order to ensure that the project can be launched smoothly, we will ensure that both parties communicate parallelly, and have a clear agreement for all specifications within the scope of the project.
3. Configuration
At this stage, both technical and business consultants in our team will start to configure according to the project plan and blueprint design. During the configuration process, we will start testing the data and come up with a testing strategy based on the solutions.
5. UAT
Perform end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing and actual data conversion testing, complete end-user training materials and configuration adjustments based on testing results.
2. Design
Complete proposals about design plans and configuration strategies, and specify checkpoints at each stage for in all processes. Review design proposals and work break down at this stage.
4. Prototype
According to the requirements, complete the sandbox to build the interface, conduct all function units, and formulate the final user training strategy plan, provide scenario examples and user acceptance testing (UAT).
6. Go Live
Final data conversion and configuration establishment, delivery of documents and convert sandbox to production environment. Including user on-line documentation and post-online support to achieve end-user training.
